Usually, we ship orders as per the time slot selected by the customers. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 6 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Once the order is shipped we inform customer with message and email.
Post Dispatch, deliveries are done as per the time slot choosen by the customer.& please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control!
In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.
We Procure specialise secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), which are given to merchants to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount which is included in the Product price.
It's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste.
We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide clear photos through WhatsApp us at 8547470276 within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
